Problem:
When Acco Canada decided to move their managerial staff into the manufacturing area, anew two storey inplant office was designed and installed by Provincial Partitions. As intended, the new office area was ideal for close contact with the manufacturing process - but the location was also vulnerable to equipment traffic.
Solution:
Provincial Partitions sturdy protective guardrail was the obvious solution - ideal for areas where pedestrians and forktrucks co-exist . The office structure projected into a particularly busy intersection - 12 gauge corrugated steel guardrail was installed parallel to two sides of the inplant office, protecting staff as well as the new structure.
Our steel guard rail is tough. Heavy 12 gauge construction features closed return flange foradded safety. Full 3 rib design adds an extra measure of protection. Special exterior gradepaint finish provides longlasting appearance and a high degree of visibliity. Steel guard rail gives you protective strength without sacrificing flexibility. Rail sections are easily removed for fast relocation. Guard rail is available in single and double rail in several convenient lengths.Structural mechanical tube posts are 5" x 5" with 10" x 10" heavy duty base plates. Protective guard rail provides a physical barrier for fork lifts and moving equipment, defines traffic areas and aisles and protects equipment,inventory mezzanines, building walls and personnel.
