Problem:
Searle had to increase production by adding another tablet line within an existing cleanroom. Divider partitions were required to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. There could be no disruption to production, so the work had to be pre-fabricated and installed after hours.
Solution:
Provincial Partitions and Searle's engineering teams worked together to tailor "System 40" to meet the requirements which included:
• No penetrations into terrazzo floor
• Window sills to be sloped
• Sloped post caps
• Unrestricted view of cleanroom
• Dustfree installation
• Able to meet all federal standards

Our battenless metal clad system has a single vertical jointline for a clean, uniform look and easy maintenance. Double wall cavities for services and air plenum are available.
