Problem:
Clean room facilities pose the unique challenge of providing the most dust-free environment possible. An international pharmaceutical company required wall dividers that would prevent typical dust accumulation.
Solution:
The rugged nature of the Provincial Partition product line positioned Provincial Partitions favourably over the competition, but, Provincial Partition's willingness to meet the customers specific 'customization' needs is what cemented the deal.
In a sensitive packaging area such as this, a dust free environment is critical, so extra measures are taken to prevent dust from settling on any surfaces. This explains the cantered edges and wall cap on the final room dividers (see inset photo). The exaggerated angle prevents any air-born dust generated by packaging to settle on the surface. Cleanup is kept to a minimum.
