As a long time client, Construction Paltec Inc. of Montreal turned to Provincial Partitions to provide a steel framed exterior guardhouse for one of their valued clients. The client, a large ethanol distribution company, needed the added safety and security that a steel framed structure would provide. Using their patented PROKIT™ line of steel pre-framed floors, walls, and roofing, Provincial Partitions built a 2-piece 24x28 ft. combined guardhouse-scale house. The units were delivered and assembled over a single weekend. In just a matter of days the guardhouse was fully functional with full electrical, washroom facilities, HVAC control, various workstations, fire protection and exterior security lighting.
