Flexibility is critical during times of change and with our patented System 40, as well as with modular construction in general, even the most demanding "Customization" is where Provincial Partitions excels. In these past few months our System 40 was engineered to "Sound Proof" a testing enclosure for a modern auto parts manufacturer here in Oakville. Additionally, a System 40 In Plant enclosure was engineered to provide uninterrupted floor space and protection for a multi million-dollar press situated in a warehouse for All Stick Label in Bolton. In another application, System 40 was used to create a fully demountable custom enclosure for an oversized laser robotics assembly, to be disassembled and shipped overseas at a later date. And with System 40 no job is too small. A large multinational company needed to create a secure area within their highly sensitive manufacturing facility so they turned to Provincial Partitions to provide the walls - totaling over 1,800 linear feet with some ceiling heights extending to as high as 24 feet!
Provincial Partitions continues to expand representation in The United States so we are now partnered with six new companies dedicated to bringing our products and services to our valued clients in the USA. We continue to grow in Canada as well and have recently added to our staff 6 new college graduates trained as general carpenter pre-apprentice framing specialists. They were instrumental in finishing the interior requirements for an onsite construction trailer commissioned by Eptcon.
Locally, Provincial Partitions celebrated two milestones. We invited clients, friends and associates to a BBQ here during August to commemorate the first full year in our new, modern premises located in Oakville, Ontario. Prior to this Provincial Partitions celebrated our 25th annual golf tournament at our favourite golf course in Bonaire, Ontario. Many were in attendance and it tuned out to be a perfect day.  Custom Design Enclosure Achieves A 43% Sound Reduction For Testing Purposes
A modified System 40 enclosure was engineered to "Sound Proof" a testing environment for an auto parts manufacturer here in Oakville. A quiet environment was needed to perform "shaker" tests on upscale automotive instrument panels. The shaker listens for rattles, squeaks or noises and as such had to be housed in a quite room even though situated in a busy manufacturing environment.With the modifications to our patented System 40 walls Provincial Partition was able to achieve a 43% sound reduction!  All Stick Label's Custom Requirements Utilize System 40 Components For Press Room
Needing uninterrupted floor space within an in plant pressroom All Stick Label turned to Provincial Partitions for a custom solution. With the recent purchase and installation of a multi-million dollar printer, All Stick Label wanted to be sure to protect their investment. Due to the size of the printer All Stick Label also required a work environment clear of any support beams. Provincial Partition's constructed a steel 32'x66' structure utilizing our patented System 40 with a unique 6" roof panel system throughout. (more...)
 Custom Demountable Enclosure For Oversized Laser Robotics Assembly
System 40 components were used to create a fully demountable custom enclosure for an oversized laser robotics assembly, to be disassembled and shipped overseas at a later date. Due to the size of the large robotics device contained within, an oversized door plus the custom engineered exterior assembly was required to facilitate access. Provincial Partitions worked closely with the NuTech team to engineer a solution for their automotive client located overseas. (more...)
 1,800 Linear Feet of Provincial Partitions Flexible System 40 Wall Partitions Installed
Needing a cost effective solution a large multinational company wanted to create a secure area within their highly sensitive manufacturing facility so they turned to Provincial Partitions to provide the walls - totaling over 1,800 linear feet with some ceiling heights extending to as high as 24 feet! The entire installation consisted of more than two-thirds 6mm laminate safety glass providing an open concept. (more...)
