 Repeat customers. There's no greater endorsement that you're providing what customers need than when they come back for more. This month saw the delivery of a second Hazardous Material Building to The City of Toronto, and MBRP of Huntsville expanded their in plant office with the addition of a Detailing Mezzanine for their shop. New customers continue to approach Provincial Partitions for our modular solutions as well. A unique business franchise "The Coffee Office" needed 8,500 square feet divided into 19 separate executive rental offices. Provincial Partitions System 40 was a perfect fit. A modified Provincial Partitions System 40 in plant office was also the perfect fit for one of our US dealers, Equipco of Pennsylvania. Additionally, 10 new code compliant smoke shelters were shipped to the Calgary Airport in Alberta, where, like Ontario, they have legislated new "Smoke Free" enclosure requirements.
 With the successful opening of our second manufacturing facility in Mississauga we are now able to meet the growing demands of our many unique client requirements. Without suppliers like these Provincial Partitions could not continue to grow as fast as we are. And along with that continued growth we are currently looking for additional installation people - carpenters, framers and siding Installers.  Repeat Customer City Of Toronto Installs Second Explosion Proof Haz Mat Building
The City Of Toronto took delivery of a second Haz Mat unit provided by Provincial Partitions. This 22x42 foot building was shipped in two pieces, then craned into place on a custom foundation. The City Of Toronto uses Hazardous Materials Storage Buildings for household hazardous waste management. These buildings are specific-purpose structures intended for safe, secure and segregated storage of hazardous materials. (more...)
 MBRP's Mezzanine Provides "Looks and Performance"
MBRP had already experienced the convenience of an in plant office so they turned to Provincial Partitions again to provide additional modular space storage. Needing a mezzanine to store inventory parts, while showcasing their detailing efforts, Provincial Partitions worked with MBRP's existing infrastructure to customize and create a mezzanine which allowed for a 20 foot clear span area below.  Equipco Uses System 40 In Plant Office For A Noise-Free Work Environment
Equipco, the oldest Hyster forklift dealer in the United States and one of Provincial Partitions' dealers, approached PPL to provide them with a much needed in plant office. In January, Equipco had launched a dedicated allied sales team to better service material handling needs of customers. The problem was that the sales team needed a noise-free work environment and sound transmission through the walls was a concern. With Provincial Partitions' patented System 40 walls, substantial sound reduction was achieved. (more...)
 The Coffee Office Serves Up System 40.
The Coffee Office, a unique professional office rental service, turned to Provincial Partitions to convert 8500 square feet of industrial space into private, secure, individual executive offices. Provincial Partitions was awarded the job because of our proven track record with sound reduction. With an STC rating of 44, our proprietary System 40 partitions proved to be just what The Coffee Office required. A total of nineteen offices in all were installed. (more...)
