 Flexiblity, change, costs savings. These are all synonymous with modular structures, and specifically, with our System 40 series of mezzanines and In Plant Offices. This past month alone has seen two of our most valued clients take full advantage of the built in flexibility of our System 40 structures. Samuel Strapping Systems consolidated an existing System 40 mezzanine with an In Plant Office from a previous location. Additionally, they extended this same unit by adding a further 1,200 square feet of office space accommodating an influx of new personnel. (See below.) JTAC was also able to take full advantage of our System 40's flexibility by continually adding to their existing mezzanine/classroom structure on site. All, without the disruption associated with conventional construction methods. In most cases, the newer units were installed within a weekend or two.
Provincial Partitions was recognized with two awards from the MBI during their 25th annual convention and awards banquet held in Bonita Springs, Florida during April. Provincial Partitions won first place in the Permanent Modular Special Application for an explosion proof building (featured previously in this same newsletter) and was also recognized again for our corporate website. We're proud of the work we do here and it's nice to be singled out.
Others recognize our unique product offering as well. In fact, we have just entered into an international partnership with M.R.&R. I've long been an advocate of the benefits of Modular Structures. Nexans Canada Inc. required additional office space at their warehousing facility in Mississauga and turned to Provincial Partitions for help.  JTAC Easily Expands Classroom Labs Using Provincial Partitions Plug-And-Play System 40
Shane McCarthy of JTAC said, "I've had modular units installed here, and I've had conventionally constructed work done." "If I had my choice I would have gone with modular on so much more!" "There's no drywall mess, no delays, everything is exactly as promised." J.T.A.C. (Joint Training and Apprenticeship Committee) was able to take full advantage of the "Plug-and-Play" flexibility of Provincial Partitions System 40 by continually adding to their existing combined mezzanine classroom/laboratory facility.  Siemens Canada Ltd Orders 2nd Trailer Office
Needing an onsite mobile trailer to oversee the retooling efforts ongoing at the Point Lepreaux nuclear power facility in New Brunswick, Siemens Canada turned to Provincial Partitions. A singlewide 12'x60' mobile trailer, designed and engineered to meet specific new code requirements for nuclear facilities was constructed and delivered.  Samuel Strapping Systems Move And Expand Combined System 40 Structures Seamlessly
Samuel Strapping Systems needed to consolidate their plant locations in Vaughn by moving into a single larger premise. They took full advantage of their existing Provincial Partitions Flexible System 40 Mezzanine and Office structure by disassembling the original mezzanine office, and relocating it to the new location. Additional office space was required to accommodate the influx of new personnel so a second story In Plant Office was added seamlessly to the existing structure.. (more...)
