 We have entered our 29th year in the Modular industry in 2010 and we are extremely optimistic about the outlook. So much so that we are expanding and hiring additional staff to push our company forward during this renewed economy. We believe strongly in the products and services we provide at Provincial Partitions and have done so since day one. In fact, we started 29 years ago with a product called System 40™ and to this day it has proven itself a winner. With this edition of Provincial Partitions Online we highlight companies as diverse as Pro-Lab Diagnostics, a provider of immunodiagnostic products, Tonolli of Canada, a battery reprocessing plant, Co-Pak Packing Corp, a packaging company, and ThyssenKrupp Steel and Stainless Steel. The one thing they all have in common is that they employed the benefits and substantial cost savings experienced with our patented System 40™ products. ThyssenKrupp Steel and Stainless Steel saved in excess of one million dollars on shipping costs alone by ordering System 40™ components to construct 27 enclosures on-site in their multi-billion dollar project currently underway in Mobile, Alabama. For now, we would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest members of our team. Brian Thompson joins us in a multifunctional role as our South Western Ontario Sales representative. While also handling all other sales inquiries for the rest of Canada (excluding Ontario and Quebec), Brian will coordinate all US sales activities with our representation there. Joining our partner representatives at Professional Industrial Sales in the USA, representing Ohio is Richard S. Hutchinson. Additionally, starting in early February, Professional Engineer Ashraf Michail, P. Eng. will be our on staff Engineering Manager. Ashraf will oversee all aspects of our welded products including mezzanines, superstructures and sub-floors. Also joining Provincial Partitions is Master Electrician Mark Little. Welcome to all new members of our winning team.

 ThyssenKrupp Saves More Than A Million On Shipping Costs Alone Using System 40™
ThyssenKrupp Steel and Stainless Steel is in the midst of constructing a new $4.2 Billion dollar steel manufacturing plant in Mobile Alabama and needed to purchase upwards of 27 enclosures for this state-of-the-art facility. With 8 24'x80' Production Control Rooms alone, their needs were substantial. Working closely with Adam Frankland of Provincial Partitions, it was determined that by using System 40 enclosures, which would allow for rapid construction on-site as opposed to shipping completed units; the costs savings for transportation alone would be in excess of a million dollars.  Co-Pak Packaging Corp Employs
The Flexibility of System 40™
Co-Pak Packaging Corp was in the process of relocating and expanding to larger production facilities and needed assistance in transferring an existing 2-story in plant office. After meeting with representatives from Provincial Partitions and evaluating competitive bids, not only did they decide to employ Provincial Partitions' services in the transfer, but opted additionally to purchase and expand the new office space by an additional 3,600 square feet!.  Tonolli Canada Combines New Mezzanine With Refurbished System 40™ In Plant Office
Tonolli Canada, located in Mississauga, has been providing a solution to the disposal and reuse of old automotive batteries for over fifty years. With plant renovations in full swing, Rob Chafee approached Provincial Partitions for a solution to oversee the plant facility from an elevated production office. Representatives of Provincial Partitions suggested re-purposing an existing System 40™ 12'x40' in plant office (available through Provincial Partitions In Stock program) and placing it on top of a new mezzanine structure.  Pro-Lab Diagnostics Experiences Seamless Expansion Using Patented System 40™
Long time client Pro-Lab Diagnostics were experiencing rapid growth and needed to expand their head office facilities to include new space. Additionally they needed a secure means of separating processes in their production area. Simply by taking over the adjoining industrial unit and working closely with Provincial Partitions, Pro-Lab Diagnostics was able to quickly, and seamlessly, create a new boardroom facility; a new lunchroom area and a manufacturing area separated with bank height walls. All of this was accomplished within a matter of days using Provincial Partitions patented System 40™ components. (more...)
