Our patented System 40 modular In Plant Office designs provide fast and economical solutions to interior space and partitioning needs for both plant and office environments.

There are unlimited layout possibilities ranging from a single 10' x 10' unit up to a 25,000 square foot office complex.

Wall heights range from a standard of 8 feet up to 30 feet for special partitioning applications. Units are either freestanding or designed in two and three wall systems to adjoin existing walls. Modular systems are available for both one and two story applications. Our in plant offices can utilize existing floors or walls with minimal preparation and frequently result in a substantial timesavings over conventional construction. In fact, using prefabricated structures can reduce construction time by as much as 40 percent!
