Partitions are finished in low maintenance washable vinyls specially selected in colors and textures that compliment the look of today‘s interior designs.

Details such as door trim and moldings are carefully matched for appearance. Glazed partitions are easily incorporated into System 40 designs. Choose from clear, laminated, tinted, wired and thermopane - sliding windows are also available. Doors are prefinished, wood core combined with steel frames and commercial hardware to give the look of permanence and durability that can only be achieved with quality components. Cavity wall construction enables electrical and mechanical services from within. A minimal number of system parts means easy assembly and quick replacement or dismantling for storage.

Wall heights range from a standard of 8 feet up to 30 feet for special partitioning applications. Units are either freestanding or designed in two and three wall systems to adjoin existing walls. Modular systems are available for both one and two story applications. Our in plant offices can utilize existing floors or walls with minimal preparation and frequently result in a substantial timesavings over conventional construction. In fact, using prefabricated structures can reduce construction time by as much as 40 percent!
